We are looking for a physician in Sports Medicine or Pain Management for one day per week in Boynton Beach.
Icon Health has partnered with a South Florida ACO to provide orthopedic services to their patients. In this role, the physician will see orthopedic condidtions 1 day per week in a PCP office. The provider will be supported by Icon's clinical and data team to navigate the patient through the care continuum. Requirements:
Board Certified (or eligble)
Licensed in Florida
Entrepenurial Spirit
Malpractice will be provided
